the Board Members and Statutory Auditors
Tokyo, Japan-- Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan; President: Taro Iwamoto) announced the appointment of the board members and statutory auditors following approval at the 44th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 25th.
