One tablet of "Nature Made®" α-Lipoic Acid contains 50mg of α-lipoic acid. The recommended dose is two tablets per day.

α-lipoic acid is a substance necessary for energy production from carbohydrates. It is recommended for people who are concerned about excess carbohydrate intake and for those who wish to live healthfully with age.
