"Nature Made®" Multiple Minerals has, in one tablet, 7 minerals: calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, copper, selenium, and chromium. "Nature Made®" Multiple Minerals is recommended for people who have difficulty getting balanced nutrition, lack animal products, especially seafood, and have insufficient mineral intake on a routine basis. Minerals are nutrients necessary for energy metabolism and other metabolisms, and people tend to become deficient in them due to skipping of meals, an unbalanced diet, and stress.
